Refund & Return Policy

At Nyota Gadgets, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide quality gadgets, accessories, and repair services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Returns
You may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged upon delivery.

You received the wrong item.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and manuals.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support before sending the item back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty:

Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

Items showing signs of use or physical damage after delivery.

Products without their original packaging or accessories.

Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective).

Repair services that have already been completed.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method or another agreed method.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to replace products that are:

Defective

Damaged during delivery

Incorrectly shipped
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until it is delivered and then follow our return procedure.
6. Hoverboard Repairs & Battery Replacement
For repair services:

Repairs are carefully tested before being returned to the customer.

Fees paid for completed repair services are non-refundable.

If a repaired device develops the same fault within the warranty period, we will inspect and repair it again at no additional labour cost where covered by the service warranty.
7. Warranty
Selected products include a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty. Warranty coverage varies by product and does not cover:

Accidental damage

Water damage
-
Improper use
-
Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Normal wear and tear
Please refer to the warranty information provided with your product.
8. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, Nyota Gadgets will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
